Private Yoga Sessions
Schedule a private virtual yoga class centered around your needs. If you are new to yoga or prefer more personalized instruction, private sessions are available for you to intimately connect with your mind, body, and spirit at the pace you desire.
60-minute and 90-minute private sessions are available for individuals and can be tailored to a specific theme or intention.
Semi-Private Yoga Sessions
Enjoy a yoga class with friends, family, teammates, or coworkers in a semi-private yoga session. Semi-private sessions allow you to take care of yourself while strengthening connections with the people in your life.
60-minute and 90-minute semi-private sessions are available for up to 10 participants (additional cost per person) and can be tailored to a specific theme or intention.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga can support expecting mothers on their journey physically and emotionally as they prepare for birth and what comes after. Guided prenatal yoga sessions will provide you the time to deepen your connection with body, mind, and baby as you embrace your maternal power within.

Prenatal yoga is currently available as a 60-minute or 90-minute private session for up to 10 people (additional cost per person). If you, your birthing supporters, or a group of expectant mothers wish to book a series of prenatal classes, please email us.
