Meet Alyssa

Guided by a passion for movement and mindfulness, Alyssa aims to deliver practices that provide a foundation for wellness and space to be. She encourages curious exploration to attune to body and mind. Her trauma-sensitive education supports her self-study and influences her approach to service.

Alyssa's teaching journey began in 2016 while simultaneously working in experiential brand marketing. As a pole dancing instructor, she designed classes to inspire creativity, community, and self-empowerment. Her own experience managing physical pain and mental health led her to pivoting her professional path and guided her to her first yoga teacher training with SoulWork. Yoga and other holistic healing modalities have been instrumental to Alyssa’s own journey and inspired her to share resources and experiences to support others for their physical, mental, and spiritual needs. She finds fulfillment through curating unique experiences, connecting with others, and the art of living in connection with the universe.

Alyssa has achieved numerous teaching certifications and has been fortunate to learn from global artists and educators. She continues to seek out knowledge, wisdom, and experiences that will support her growth and develop her skills to guide others with conscious compassion.
