FAQs

How do I access online classes?

All online classes are accessible through Zoom. After booking a class, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to access the class at its scheduled date and time. Classes can be accessed on desktop without downloading the Zoom application. For mobile access, you must download and install Zoom on your mobile device.

What equipment do I need?

No equipment is required to practice yoga, however props can make your practice more comfortable. A space where you can fully extend arms and legs in all directions is recommended. A yoga mat, rug, or blanket can provide cushioning for your body and help aid in grip. Yoga props such as blocks, bolsters, and straps can be helpful tools to use throughout your practice. They can support the body in postures that require balance and aid in deepening twists and building strength. Props may be incorporated into practice to demonstrate how they can be used. Items around the home can be used as props such as towels, shirts, blankets, and pillows.

What if I have never tried yoga?

Congratulations on taking a step to trying something new! Fear of not knowing how to do something should not hold you back from taking action. All classes welcome anyone who wants to experience a yoga practice.

If you have any concerns or prefer a more individualized approach to your practice, private yoga sessions are available to focus on your intentions at the pace you desire. Semi-private sessions are available for groups of up to 10 people so you can practice with friends and family. Contact us if you have any specific questions.

Do you offer live classes?
